The 'Best Before Date' of your HMP BT product depends on when it was opened. The pictogram on the label representing a jar with an open lid indicates the number of months during which the product will retain optimal effectiveness after opening. For example, '12M' corresponds to one year from the date of opening, '9M' to nine months, etc...

All HMP BT products benefits from being kept in a temperature-controlled environment. Each product label features a pictogram which denotes its recommended shelf life; meaning you can ensure maximum performance day after day.
For optimal hygiene and care, we suggest that when handling any HMP BT item you use freshly washed hands or an appropriate utensil such as a spoon or small spatula. These minor precautions will help to preserve both the texture and quality of the product for longer - so you can enjoy using it for months to come!

At HMP BT, we understand that many expecting mothers are seeking to enhance their skincare routine with luxurious, botanically-enriched products. For this reason, we have formulated our range of carefully-crafted products to be suitable for use during pregnancy. As long as the prescribed application instructions are followed, our products can provide an indulgent pampering experience without risk to mother and baby.

It's not always easy to predict skin sensitivity. If you have had an allergic reaction, we recommend that you stop using all products for a week. This will allow your skin to recover from whatever was aggravating it.
You may want to test the HMP BT products you have on separate patches of skin away from your face. Allow 24 hours to evaluate your skin's reaction. If there is no reaction, repeat the procedure. Allow for another twenty-four hours for evaluation.
If neither of these tests results in an adverse reaction, apply a small amount of your product to your face. Use less product than you normally would in the first instance, then slowly increase the amount. If your skin reacts or symptoms persist despite not using any products, we suggest you consult with a dermatologist.
