Refund policy
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept exchanges or refunds unless the items were damaged or faulty when purchased. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of receiving the order, with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will try to work towards a satisfactory solution on a case-by-case basis. If you have any other issue with your order, please contact us and we can look into this further. In the event that a refund is agreed, HMP BT will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card or original method of payment used for the purchase, within 14 days.
